:: Mentoring
The mentor programme is designed to provide individuals/companies with temporary advisors to help identify new opportunities for growth and overcome obstacles in their business.
The panel of advisors is made up of mature, experienced business people. He or she contributes independent, informed observations to aid a company in its decision making process.
Each request for a mentor is dealt with individually.
Careful consideration is given to 'match' the requirements of the individual/company and the specialised skill and experience of the prospective advisor.
The mentor signs a confidentiality agreement before taking on any assignment.
Companies may request the assignment of a mentor by contacting the South Kerry Networks office.
We provide one-to-one mentoring and personal coaching, for owner/managers who may be
- Moving into new areas of business or operations in which they have little or no prior experience
- Experiencing difficulties or underperformance with part(s) of their business
- Wrestling with strategic planning decisions for the future development of the business
and could benefit from the advice of seasoned practitioners with a track record of success in the relevant areas of concern.
