This four day training programme aims to equip entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, skills and confidence to develop their business.
The programme introduces entrepreneurs and owner/managers to the tools required to become more competitive in a challenging environment, and to develop a range of skills to help run a better business.
The Programme will provide an opportunity for the entrepreneur to analyse his/her business and ideas with the support of the programme consultant/mentor.

The programme aims to equip entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, skills and confidence to develop their business.
The purpose of one to one business mentoringis:
‹ help identify key business issues;
‹ gain knowledge and ideas as how to deal with these issues;
‹ develop plan to implement the necessary actions in the business.

TOM O'LEARY
Tom O'Leary holds a Degree in Business Studies and is a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, and has worked for a number of years in an Enterprise Advisory role within the Local Development Sector in Dublin and Kerry.
He specialises in developing targeted programmes to potential and existing small businesses. He has developed a very successful Small Business Management Programme for Kerry County Enterprise Board, and has also developed shorter programmes for Local Development Company clients in Kerry and Limerick.
Tom provides mentoring and consultancy services for many start-up businesses in various sectors on business development, market research, financial management, marketing and business planning.
