Many people are required to spend considerable sums of money and make significant financial decisions unaware of the full implications of their decisions on the bottom line.
This 1 day course provides the backdrop to the financial structure of organisations and will introduce people to many of the financial concepts and terminology of their business.

• A set of ‘tools’ to help you easily keep track of the key financial performance measures of your business on an ongoing basis

• How to price your work for profit and include all costs
• Budgeting and financial control techniques

• Project evaluation & risk – many choices but limited funds - which project to invest in
