Course Overview
The HR programme for people managers empowers managers and leaders to confidently navigate day-to-day HR requirements in line with the employee lifecycle from inclusive recruitment, performance management to employment law, retention and managing investigations.
This 4-module course equips managers with the tools to proactively manage their teams and navigate challenging HR issues that arise with respect and confidence.
